*** Learning Center Assistants ***
For high school students and new graduates, this job can be your college prep and/or life prep and to brush up on your own skills. No experience needed. We will train new hires. It’s a great job for balancing work and school. Enjoy working collaboratively with team members in a quiet environment.
Job duties would include but are not limited to:
- Helping guide children through the classroom routine and daily assignments.
- Checking students in and out of the center.
- Commitment to make a difference in the community and belief that all children have the potential to achieve academic excellence.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on classwork and assignments.
- Inputting data and preparation for assignments.
-no heavy lifting -no dealing with customers -no handling money -no work for weekends!
Qualifications
Must be punctual, responsible, and have a positive respectful attitude toward students, parents and other staff. Ability to multitask and follow directions. Enjoy working with kids and comfortable working with students. Eligible to work in the U.S. Must be fluent in English and strong Math skills is a plus. Prior Kumon experience preferred.
Must be available on following days/hours at least one day
- Monday: 3 pm - 7 pm
- Tue: 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm
- Thursday: 3 pm - 7 pm
Job Type: Part-time / Work during this summer and possibly able to work new school year/
Schedule: Monday to Thursday / Hours per week: 4-10 hr. / Pay: DOE / Work Location: Holladay, UT
