Job description

Behavior Technicians are responsible for the following;

Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of applied behavior analysis.

Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions.

Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.

Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.

Maintain professionalism and client dignity in all aspects of your work.

Must be available to work at least 3 weekdays between 3:30PM & 6:30PM and some Saturday's between 8:30AM & 2:30PM, a minimum of 10 hours per week (potential for more days/hours if desired).

Please note: most weekday sessions take place during after school hours (3 PM and later), some morning hours may also be available.
