Part of the wages for this position will be service-charged base. The team member base rate will be hourly as stated, with an additional pay as a portion of the service charge.

The Houseperson - Events is responsible for setting up and breaking down all meeting spaces with tables/chairs/water, etc. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift moderate to heavy weight. This is a fast paced position.

Qualifications

This is a part time position consisting of mainly evening/afternoon shifts. The ideal applicant will have the flexibility to work evenings and weekends and the ability to productively work alone. The position requires an attention to detail and is very physical and requires the ability to lift and move heavy objects such as tables and stacks of chairs. While the base rate of this position is $12 per hour, the employee will also receive a percentage of the service charge in addition to this rate of pay.
