POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Be a highly energized & self motivated individual interested in improving the lives of youth athletes.
• Available from 3:00pm-7:00pm Monday-Friday and some Saturdays. Ability to create and manage your own schedule over time. This position will start out 2-3 days per week, and potentially expand to more days from January-March. This job is perfect for a teacher or coach looking for fun, rewarding part time work.
• Understand the value of learning and assisting in the sales process.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

• Private training sessions: hours dependent on facility workflow
• Conduct membership group/ class training sessions
• Communicate with parents of athletes to report progress.
• Make client rapport contacts weekly

PERSONAL QUALITIES:

• Be a good human that motivates youth athletes (7-18) in a positive way and that your fellow coaches enjoy working with.

Experience not required. We are looking for someone passionate about the health, fitness, and coaching industry. We will assist in training the right individual if their passion and work ethic are apparent.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
