Summary:

The Paraplanner position is a high-level position within the client service team which requires demonstrated competence within the Financial Services field. The Paraplanner is a master of completing broad complex tasks in several subspecialities, coordinates and manages execution of the client service model and assists advisors in all aspects of the financial planning and wealth management process.

Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should be detail and process oriented with the ability to work both independently, and with team members across the organization in a decentralized environment. Additionally, this role requires effective leadership skills, the ability to train others and strong communication skills to effectively support communication flow between the team and leadership.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Continued education – Lifelong learning is expected.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Fully licensed in accordance with Ameriprise standards. The following licenses are required for the Paraplanner position: Federal and State licenses and registration for securities, including the Series 7 and Series 63 or 66. State life, accident, and health insurance licenses are also required or willing to obtain.

Compensation and Benefits:

Chrysalis Wealth Management offers a competitive base with additional bonus opportunity. Benefits include health insurance, with employer contribution, dental, vision, life, disability, paid vacation, paid time off and paid holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
