SunCoast currently is involved in single family, multi-family, and commercial property management, currently managing over 1,800 properties.
Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, applicants must have a Driver’s License, a Florida Real Estate License, access to an insured personal vehicle.
Applicants must have knowledge and compliance with State and Federal Fair Housing requirements
Nice to Have:
Knowledge about HUD/Section 8 move-in requirements
Key Attributes:
Punctual to all appointments within your assigned area
Ability to effectively work remotely/on the road, heavy local travel position
Friendly and knowledgeable, able to explain rental rates and income qualifications to rent our homes.
Willingness to learn Software tools like Showmojo
