This is a Los Angeles based only opportunity as the Team comes into our Brentwood office at least 1x/week.

Summary:

Quigley is looking for an Associate Director or Supervisor of Paid Social to grow customer acquisition and brand awareness that drives business forward through paid social. This is a highly visible, client-facing, strategic, and fun role across the CPG, retail (e-commerce), and nonprofit categories.

Core Accountabilities:

● Mentor team members professionally and technically

● Oversee and manage a team to achieve company goals

● Develop paid social strategies and create comprehensive presentations that detail campaign objectives, tactics, rationale, strategy, budget allocation, media selection, and all relevant documentation (research, flowcharts, samples, analyses, competitive overview, audits, etc.)

● Execute paid social campaigns and initiatives that expand client brand awareness, conversions, and customer growth

● Work closely with the Analytics team and internal stakeholders to develop measurement plans and to report on campaign performance

● Lead client calls, instilling trust in authority of Supervisor’s in-depth knowledge of all digital campaign elements and industry developments

● Optimize all social advertising campaigns using levers such as customer targeting, content, creative, and bid optimization

● Collaborate with team members across all departments; respect and follow processes

● Manage relationships with social platform reps and other third-party vendors

Academic/Educational Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

Required Skills/Experience:

● Minimum 6 years experience in paid social marketing with a focus on e-commerce

● Minimum 2 years experience at a competitive marketing agency focused on performance marketing

● Minimum 1 year experience managing people

● Must have in-platform execution experience setting up campaigns and pulling levers in Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok (experience with Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Reddit is a plus)

● Understanding of the consumer journey from awareness to conversion; ability to leverage insights to unlock new growth opportunities

● Experience using Google Analytics for reporting

● Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

● Working competency in paid search is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
