Black Clover is looking for a creative and strategic Paid Ads Specialist to come join our team at our headquarters in Draper, Utah. The ideal candidate is the key support resource for everything search and programmatic for the paid media team. The analyst assists the Digital Marketing Director with campaign set up, execution, category research and success reporting. The goal of the position will be to understand Black Clover's goals and how to maximize those measures of success through all things search and programmatic.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following

• Develop, optimizing , and maintaining paid search and programmatic campaigns
• Understanding the business’s trajectory and how to maximize those measure through tactical strategies and technologies
• Understand how to gather, interpret and interact with large and complicated data sets
• Analyzing and reporting data on a weekly/bi-weekly & ad-hoc basis.
• Implement SEM and Programmatic best practices
• Executing a plan to maintain and optimize campaigns to improve overall performance against predetermined benchmarks on an ongoing basis
• Campaign and budget management including optimizations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

• 3+ years of experience with paid search/PPC experience (strong experience with Facebook and Google)
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong mathematical skills combined with exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of the apparel industry preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
• Expert ability in keyword research, ad copy writing, landing page optimization, and bid management
• Strong working understanding of the SEM/Programmatic of the SEM industry (SA360, DV360, The Trade Desk, Marin/Kenshoo, Adwords, and Microsoft Ads)
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
• Self-starter/entrepreneurial
• Detail oriented

Computer Skills:

• Mastery of Excel with the ability to create sophisticated, complex models
• In addition to Excel, must be experienced with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, and Word.
• Forecasting, database and reporting tools general purpose knowledge would be beneficial.
• Shopify+, Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Third-Party Reporting for Paid Media.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $67,500.00 per year
