Overhead Door Technician
Lensing Wholesale is a family owned and operated business with 75 years of dedication and service. We are seeking to expand our Overhead Door Technician team with candidates, who have the drive to learn an exciting new career or build on current knowledge and skills, in order to service our growing customer base.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Starting Pay $20/hr
Monday-Friday (w/weekend availability)
These technicians will work as part of our team installing and servicing all types of overhead door mechanics and systems -including sectional, rolling steel, high speed, service and sliding doors, gate opening systems, operable partitions and dock leveling systems.
No experience necessary, however general construction, carpentry, or mechanical aptitude is beneficial. Product specific training will be provided to teach new technicians specific techniques and procedures related to our product lines.
Requirements:
Good physical and mental fitness.
Ability to lift materials overhead.
Strong focus on quality and seeking satisfaction with completed work.
Flexibility to work overtime, some weekends, and at different job sites.
Ability to work at heights.
Driver's license and good driving record.
Reliable transportation.
Sharp appearance, punctuality, reliability, professional demeanor.
Positive, “can-do” attitude.
Must be a team player.
Company ambassador on job site.
