Supervisor Furniture Repair Technicians
Entry-Level Supervisor: We are looking for someone who loves helping others, finds it easy to connect with people quickly, and is ready to take on a new challenge in their career.
The successful candidate will supervise and mentor associates responsible for monitoring service results, purchasing supplies, and auditing fleet invoices. As the Office Supervisor there will be varying duties for the department that are irregular, but essential. Those tasks include travel arrangements, off-hours vehicle maintenance needs, new-hire onboarding, etc.

The successful candidate will supervise and mentor associates responsible for monitoring service results, purchasing supplies, and auditing fleet invoices. As the Office Supervisor there will be varying duties for the department that are irregular, but essential. Those tasks include travel arrangements, off-hours vehicle maintenance needs, new-hire onboarding, etc.
General duties include, but are not limited to:
- Telematics data entry and updates for asset location.
- Fuel expense weekly audit
- Complete and audit Vehicle Maintenance System (VMS) PO and Work Orders.
- Set Appt for preventative and corrective services for vehicles
- Approve Work orders in Computron.
- Monitor daily production of graders. (Troubleshoot ServiceNow)
- Troubleshoot Dispatch Track
- Vehicle Acquisition from start to finish.
- Department Credit Card expense audit and submission of expenses
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and action/results oriented
- 5 years fleet and/or RTG Outside Service systems experience
- Strong staff development experience including the ability to train, coach, and motivate performance
- Excellent writing, verbal, and analytical communications skills
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Tablets, smart phone
- Familiar with RTG Customer Service Systems
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen
- Work well independently and within a team
- Self-motivated and able to follow direction well
- A positive, customer-oriented attitude
