Summary

The Outside Sales Manager drives and manages overall sales growth, profitability and performance of outside sales staff and the company.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Required:

  • College degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of five years complex selling experience, with strong emphasis on business-to-business product sales and documented success.·
  • Minimum of five years of successful relevant sales management experience, directly managing outside sales personnel with documented success.

Preferred:

  • Direct Sales and Sales management experience in the business-to-business HVAC/R industry
  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish

Benefits

  • Salary of $80,000 to $85,000 depending on relevant work experience
