Industrial Outside Sales Account Manager

Direct Hire (selected candidate will go directly onto the payroll of our client)

$65k-$90k DOE + bonus plan that can be more than double base salary

M-F - up to 50% travel

Dynamic Tulsa-based oil and gas measurement control company is seeking an experienced outside sales account manager.

Company benefits include health, group life, dental, vision, company paid STD and LTD, 401k with contribution, generous holidays and PTO.

Ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years experience working with measurement equipment in the energy or water/waste water industries, manufacturing and/or other industrial applications.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new customers and develop new sales leads
• Facilitate product training/development for prospects and customers
• Maintain and grow existing or previous customers through ongoing communication

Skills/Qualifications:

• Understanding of level measurement, either foundational or with experience
• Great phone presence and ability to initiate conversations
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to train others
• Ability to meet travel schedule which may include nights, weekends and holidays
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
