Position Summary for Outside Marketing & Brand Awareness Associate:

The Marketing Associate finds potential new clients. The process involves door to door marketing in desirable subdivisions. The Marketing Associate will ask homeowners if they would like a free estimate on lawn care, overcoming objections as needed, and record the client information meeting individual goals set by the Sales Manager. This position requires walking for 4-5 hours at a time outside. This position's job duties are preformed around 90% outside of the office.

Qualifications for Marketing Associate - Lead Generation:

• Must be over 18, over 21 to drive company vehicles.
• Valid Driver's License
• Pass a drug screening and background check
• Basic knowledge of Android software
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service an asset

Duties and Responsibilities for Marketing Associate - Lead Generation:

• Present self in a professional appearance with a positive attitude
• Travel to the predetermined residential neighborhood and market the company home to home
• Meet or exceed the daily and weekly contact rate targets, quote acceptance targets
• Fill out all digital paperwork in a correct and timely manner
