Job description

Assisting with daily golf operations including starting, driving range, carts, etc.

Applicant must have strong interpersonal skill and be able to greet members and their guests with a professional manner. Employee will receive hourly wage plus gratuity. Limited golf privileges on non event Mondays after 11am. One guest per week.

This position reports directly to the Outside Services Manager.

Flexible schedule to include opening & closing shifts, weekends & holidays. Must be customer service oriented. Looking for someone who already has a general understanding of golf operations & what working in the business requires.

Anticipated total income $15 per hour + tips

Duties

• Provide energetic and first-class service by pre-emptively preparing for members and guests needs
• Embody a positive ‘can always do’ attitude
• Be part of a fun and up-beat work environment
• Responsible for a professional, clean and organized work environment representing professionalism and attention to detail
• Receive members and guests as they arrive and depart the facility with a warm and happy welcoming presence
• Be a strong team player and synergize with other departments in the club’s overall strategy for success
• Be willing to receive and give feedback in order to improve
• Assist with direction and management of Outside Operations and Caddie Program
• Daily opening/closing procedures
• Responsible for cleanliness and presentation of ALL Golf Operations areas
• Driving Range, bag room, cart fleet, golf clubs, snack station
