We at Libertae Inc are looking for an Experienced Fee for Service Outpatient Therapist/Counselor to join our highly successful, dynamic, and growing team.

The successful candidate will be able to create their own work schedule working as little as 20 hours per week or as much as you would like. This will be a hybrid position with sessions both in-person at our Bensalem, PA facility and virtual.

There will be no weekends or Fridays.

The first shift hours would be between 8am and 4pm.

The second shift hours would be before 6pm (depending upon individual sessions) and ending by 9:30pm.

• Master’s degree in the human services field (psychology, counseling, etc.)
• Previous experience in a human services agency
• Knowledge of evidence-based approaches, substance use disorder (SUD) and ASAM criteria
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving qualities
• Independently and creatively develop a psychoeducational group
• Ability to enhance the program based on your previous knowledge and experience
• Willing to work flexible hours conducive to client and facility needs

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains clinical documentation including, but not limited to, intake, assessment, biopsychosocial, treatment plans, progress notes, case consult notes, discharge summaries, aftercare plans and other documentation as required.
• Provides individual, group, couple, and family counseling sessions in a competent manner that utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and motivational interviewing.
• Maintains regular contact and communicates effectively with probation officers, case workers and/or referral sources including them in the treatment process and updating them on clients’ progress.
• Demonstrates appropriate use of crisis management
• Apply knowledge of the ASAM criteria to client cases
• Completes mandatory trainings that are required for the state and any licensing body that you are involved in.

Working Conditions:

• Job requires candidate to be flexible and available evenings, weekends and some holidays. Candidates must be able to work in difficult situations with clients that are substance abuse dependent and may or may not be diagnosed with a mental health diagnosis.
• Create your desired scheduled - work as little as 15 hours per week or as much as you like.

Compensation:

• Job type: Fee for service
• $35 per hour
• Clinicians are paid for each billable therapy session completed (contract, fee for service)
