Baird Orthodontics located in Pleasanton is looking to fill a brand new position as Records Coordinator. Individual must possess the following personality traits: outgoing, confident, energetic, and has a fun personality that genuinely appreciates excellent patient care. Hourly Pay Starts @ $21/hr.

Clinical Days/Hours: (Full-Time)

Full-Time 4-5 days/week (Monday-Friday with Friday rotating between assistants)

Qualifications and Skills

• 1+ years Orthodontic assisting experience highly preferred, but willing to train the right person with an amazing friendly personality and willingness to learn
• Live within a reasonable commuting distance from the practice preferred
• If only DA would highly prefer some back experience such as sterilization and work-up but willing to train a new graduate fresh out of dental school
• Current CPR certification or willing to renew certification
• Excellent past employment and verifiable references
• At least one past employer on your resume that reflects loyalty and commitment with employment of 2 years or more required
• Excellent verbal English speaking skills required
• Must possess great work ethics, bubbly, and outgoing personality, independent, confident, be reliable and trustworthy
• Have reliable transportation
• Be cheerful and able to have fun, crack jokes, and enlighten the mood with a friendly smile
• Excellent computer skills, Cloud 9 knowledge a plus but willing to train
• Ability to work independently and be a team player
• Hard working, and enthusiastic about learning

Job duties but not limited to the following:

1) Will train to take CBCT, iTero scan, extra oral photos. Position the patient and prepare. A licensed assistant or Dr. will press the button on the wall until the weekend course is completed.

2) Learn to export those images into our management software (Export 2D images from 3D software)

3) Learn to export still images of iTero scan into our management software (NO intra oral photos)

3) Help Dr. send her reports with the above listed images to referring doctors

4) Follow the lead assistants around and provide patient instructions, so that we can be more efficient with the lead assistant time

5) Adapts to laundry, watering plants and general practice maintenance schedule
