Expected Starting Date: 22nd October

The current hourly rate is £10.10, and this will increase to £10.90 on 1st Jan 2023.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As part of the logistics team in a store, you will have the customers at heart. Your daily duties will be picking stock. You will work with our internal systems to ensure that customers have accurate and full stock availability at all times.
Your duties will take you onto the shop floor both when the store is open and closed so it is important that you are comfortable and confident meeting our customers in a helpful and friendly manner.
We expect you to take responsibility to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your co-workers, and our customers.
We are looking for someone who has good IT skills & a customer service mindset. You will have the ambition to grow within IKEA and to help develop others too.

- £10.10 basic hourly rate
- Living Wage Foundation Employer
The current hourly rate is £10.10, and this will increase to £10.90 on 1st Jan 2023.
- Part time - 30 hours working 5 days out of 7 with alternate weekends and late evenings.
- Part time - 24 hours working 5 days out of 7 including 3 out of 4 weekends and late evenings.
- Part time - 16 hours working 4 days out of 7 including 3 out of 4 weekends and late evenings.
- Flexibility on availability to be discussed during interviews
- We offer permanent contracts, advanced scheduling & regular weekend off
