Objective:

Every day, independent family farms across the country rely on Pipestone Veterinary Services to care for the animals they raise and to assist with their ability to provide a wholesome food source to help feed the growing world. We are looking for an individual to join our fast-paced fulfillment team as we continue to provide products and solutions to meet those needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Directly meet farmer needs for products to keep their animals healthy.

• Picking, packing and shipping orders accurately and efficiently

• Operation of a forklift to receive, stock and move products

• Provide support to the continual improvement of team training programs.

• Assist with inventory control and cycle counting

• Cross functional problem solving to provide the best possible customer experience

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

Education:

High School Diploma

Experience:

Previous Customer Service/Warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, walking and ability to be on feet 8 to 12 hours per day

• Frequent bending, reaching, squatting and kneeling.

• Frequent use of one or both hands/arms to grasp or pull.

• Frequent lifting of objects weighing 3-40 pounds.

• Frequent bending while pulling and/or lifting objects weighing up to 50-100 pounds or requiring up to 50-100 pounds of force to move.

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

• Ability to attend and participate in meetings of various lengths.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be willing and able to meet the daily workload of the warehouse.

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to work and attend meetings.
