Job description

We are looking for an Order Entry Specialist to join our team and help our customers order necessary food and services for their next event. This role requires previous experience with order entry and inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Inform customers of prices and collect payment
  • Set up a payment plan if necessary
  • Ensure payment information is accurate
  • Process orders and distribute receipts
  • Input orders into database
  • Inform customer of expected delivery date
  • Follow up on orders
  • Handle complaints about unfulfilled orders
  • Check inventory control

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
