Receptionist/Optometric Technician - position available in Lititz, PA.

Lititz Eye Care, PC is looking for an outgoing, upbeat person to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing cutting edge, comprehensive eye care to our local community. We have been in business for over 90 years. We are looking for someone who would like to grow their career with us, as many of our staff have been with the company for many years, even some for more than 30!

The correct person should possess the following qualities

6. Ability to learn from and teach other team members

7. Prior experience in the “eye” field is preferred but not required

Responsibilities of the job include

1. Providing outstanding customer service with a positive attitude at all times

2. Administrative tasks (scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, patient check in/check out, making referral appointments)

3. Insurance verification

4. Collecting and posting payments

5. Prescreening patients and assisting the doctors with making the patient experience as efficient as possible.

This position is for full time, approximately 35-40 hours per week.

The business is open M,W,Th,F from 8-4:30 and Tuesday from 8-7. We are NOT open on weekends and value your time away from work.
