Optical Sales Associate,
Our community-focused, Optometry Office / Optical Shop is seeking an optical professional with a strong work ethic. Candidates should possess strong sales and customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast paced and rewarding environment.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Verifying patient information and scheduling appointments.
- Checking patients' insurance benefits and collecting co-payments.
- Assisting patients with eyewear selection.
- Educating patients about their lens options and benefits.
- Answering phones and emails.
Attention to detail and excellent phone and computer skills are a must.
Must have Optical Sales Experience and be comfortable selling high ticket items. Must have Excellent knowledge of Vision plans.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $18.00 to $24.00 plus Commission
