Job description

Immediate need for an operations admin in the fort lauderdale area. Candidate will be assisnting with day to day opertations of the Opts specialst.

• Coordinate and disseminate communication between clients and vendors regarding all logistics including pick-up and drop-off times, vehicle scheduling, convenience preferences, route selection, regional threat assessments and other variables affecting the assignment
• Resolve operational complaints
• Be able to problem solve resolution activities for all operational issues
• Participate in a variety of meetings, representing ground transportation issues and communicating updates and department policy to all functional areas of the organization
• Provide emergency and non-emergency security system monitoring, event dispatch, and emergency notification services
• Process and maintain a wide variety of files, logs, reports, and forms
• Prepare written reports of incidents in the proper format and with correct grammar and spelling
• Monitor and adhere to internal operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of client assets and personnel

Working hours are Thursday- Monday- Late shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
