Position Overview
The Operations Specialist will perform multiple tasks to support the daily transaction processing of member deposit accounts.

The position’s essential duties include the following:
- Collecting and distributing Credit Union mail.
- Performing member transactions received via mail and through Remote Deposit Capture daily.
- Processing RDC file uploads to the core financial system
- Performing daily reviews of incoming remote deposits for proper negotiability.
- Processing deposits, loan payments, and funds transfers
- Maintaining daily administrative duties such as return mail, change of address, and other duties as assigned.
- ACH and Share Draft Processing
- Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
Education
A high school diploma or GED is required.

Note: This position is not remote. The employee must report to the office daily.
