Semi-Trailer Big Box, a Big Truck and Semi-Trailer dealership in Waxahachie, Texas is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Operations Managers. We are seeking individuals who know what they want and who have a strong desire to constantly learn, grow and share.

We Buy & Sell Big Trucks and Trailers. We specialize in Yard Mules and 53' Dry Van Trailers.

Position Summary: Located at our Waxahachie Branch off of I-35 and Sterrett Rd. You will be assigned to an Operations Position supporting one of the following Equipment Sales Divisions.

• Ops Mgr - Yard Truck - Operations
• Ops Mgr - Shop-Maintenance Operations

These are full time career positions in the fast-paced hard working Transportation Industry

Major Position Objectives:

• Supports the Equipment Sales teams to achieve Operational Goals &Objectives
• Manages Transportation activity.
• Manages Inventory-Inspections
• Manages Facilities
• Manages Shop-Maintenance activity.
• Manages Sales Deals and Coordinates Customer activity.
• Coordinate activities between the Operations and Sales Teams.
• Physically active role - Shop-Equipment Yard-Office.

Job Qualifications:

• PROBLEM SOLVING - ORGANIZATIONAL ABILITY
• Must have high level problem solving and organizational Skills.
• College Degree with relevant work experience 2-3 years min.
• Must enjoy Heavy Equipment.
• Interest-Knowledge - Trucks - Trailers - Equipment-Industry
• Candidate will enjoy being in a very physically active support role.
• Inside-Outside-Jeans environment
• Ability to multi-task independently and as part of a team
• Strong Organizational Skills-Attention to Detail
• Time Management-Ability to Prioritize work.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Mature capacity to deal with multiple personalities.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, TEAMS)
• Experience in database applications.
• Reliable, dependable, motivated outgoing individual.

Pay and Benefits:

• Base -$60k per year (paid weekly)
• Schedule 8-5 Monday - Friday
• 1 Hour Lunch
• Office-Shop-Yard in Waxahachie Texas
• 8 Paid Holidays per year
