GENERAL FUNCTION
The Process Improvement Manager serves as the integrated business partner that enables efficiencies and cost savings within Field Services. In this role you will partner closely with internal departments including Marketing, Display Design,
DC, and Supply Chain Teams to collaborate and develop processes that improve efficiencies to ensure operational excellence at retail level for Field Services. You will also partner closely with our Regional Managers, Finance Manager, and Field Analyst along with our Service 3PL Partners to implement, execute, and track initiatives to drive service savings.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and introduce new processes to reduce merchandising time at store level with our Service 3PL Partners
Conduct field visits to understand ways to improve processes and simplify instructions to make our reading glass and sunglass programs easier to manage out at retail level. (US & Canada)
Be the project coordinator liaison with Field Service and Supply Chain Teams
Collaborate on best practices with internal and external business partners by managing focus groups and round table discussions
Drive standardization to enable efficiencies within our internal Commercial team by reviewing and implementing new and improved templates for scan sheets, store lists, POGs, etc.
Develop corporate initiatives to drive value creation. Track and report financial impact.
Partner with Field Service Finance Manager to audit visit cycle frequencies to ensure proper service cadence is assigned based on individual store velocity and seasonality.
Work closely with our Fixture and Marketing Teams to ensure new fixtures and packaging allow for efficient service merchandising standards
Partner with Distribution Center Team and Fixture Team to coordinate shipping efficiencies for daily replenishment and new projects.
Conduct audits and track Service 3PL Partner compliance on inventory counts and inventory updates by retailer
Collaborate with Supply Chain to review order thresholds and audit visit cycle frequency data from Service 3PL
Partners
Track compliance with Service 3PL Partners on DTR process and report quarterly findings to Finance
Partner with Field Operation Managers to coordinate and conduct time studies on all new or large projects.
Report time study data to Field Services Team to track vs budget to ensure proper time and expenses are submitted with our Field Operations Finance Manager.
Partner with internal and external teams on technology platforms to support systemic process changes
The roles and responsibilities may evolve as business needs arise

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
4 - 6 years of retail management and supervisor experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment, as well as build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Fluent English (both spoken and written)
Strong business partnering skills
Influencing skills and project management experience in a matrix and complex organization, covering multi- department scope
Strong leadership and excellent communication skills

DC and / or logistics experience preferred
Financial and analytical skills
Experience in a SKU-intensive business

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
