We're looking for a high energy individual with knowledge of customer service and the rideshare industry to join our San Francisco team. As one of our first hires in San Francisco, you will play a key role in growing our electric vehicle rideshare rental business.

Your job will be to meet with and provide support for our prospective and existing customers, professional drivers who work for Uber and Lyft, in our Bayview office in San Francisco, CA. You will have the opportunity to independently manage our on-site operations, analyze trends in customer management, and develop processes. This will be a full-time onsite position.

What You Do Everyday:

• Be the first-line of support for all customer interactions in person, on the phone, and via email
• Liaise with our business partners (utilities, repairs, and other strategic partners)
• Complete driver onboarding/offboarding (pricing, contract execution, vehicle matching)
• Go the extra mile to ensure vehicles are ready for launch
• Utilize knowledge of the San Francisco rideshare industry to provide best-in-class support
• Work independently and report regularly on the status of projects to management

What You Have

• Customer service experience with excellent communications skills
• Ego-less, action-oriented mentality. No job is too big or too small to tackle. Bias towards acting now.
• Have availability to work full-time and on weekends (if needed)
• Curiosity that leads to deep understanding and the creation of better processes and services
• Attention to detail
• Ability to juggle and prioritize different tasks
• Spanish proficiency is a plus
