Hancock Claims Consultants Onsite Field Inspector is responsible for collaborating directly with policy holders or their designated representative to compile a comprehensive listing of all personal property damaged by a covered loss. Our involvement helps ensure the affected party is property compensated for their damages and made whole once more.

Successful Technicians possess:

• Strong customer service skills
• Professional
• Detail Oriented
• Proficient in Oral Communication
• Goal oriented, willing to meet or exceed client expectations
• Empathetic and compassionate towards needs of the policy holder
• Background in Insurance, field work, construction or law enforcement are a plus, but not required

Requirements:

• Own a mobile phone
• Own a reliable computer with internet/wi-fi access
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 250-mile radius
• Capable of balancing a flexible schedule.
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications including Outlook and Teams
• Successful completion of background check is required
• Minimum, High School Diploma

For consideration, new technicians are evaluated via phone screen, documentation review and successful completion of a field evaluation.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
