Perm - Physician - Oncology/Hematology in Ashtabula, OH

On Call Requirements:10 days per month

hiring a Perm Neurologist to start in July 2023!

Job Description

• Full-time negotiable schedule
• On call 10 days per month
• Outpatient Practice Setting
• 50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients
• 25% Hematology, 75% Oncology
• 2 Physicians in Practice
• 15-20 Patients Per Day (Outpatient)
• 3-5 Patients Per Day (Hospital)
• EMR - EPIC
• Trauma Level I
• Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
• Facility will Reimburse for the following: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified/Board Eligible - REQUIRED
• OH license (or in the process of obtaining) - REQUIRED
• BLS, ACLS - REQUIRED
• Procedures: Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters, FNA/Biopsy, Chemotherapy - Intrathecal, Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrapleural/Peritoneal, etc. - REQUIRED (note experience at time of submission)
• Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes - REQUIRED

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• ACLS
• BLS
• Board Certified
• Board Eligible
