Moberly Motor Company is a multi-line dealership located in Moberly, Missouri. We are family owned and operated and have been for in business for 80 years. Dealer owners are on-site and support daily operations. Moberly Motors represents the Ford, Lincoln, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram brands. Four years ago, we built a brand-new state of the art building for our sales and service operations.

Objective of the position:

We are looking for a friendly voice to call customers with active recall notices and schedule on-site service appointments. This position will also work hand in hand with our service department to schedule pick up and delivery services through the driver app for customers needing their vehicles picked up for service and delivered back to them.

Essential Duties:

• Pull reports showing customers with active recall notices
• Mapping out geographical areas and scheduling remote service appointments
• Scheduling picking pick-up and delivery services for our new customer service program
• Coordinating drivers schedules for pick-up and delivery services

Required credentials:

• Proficient with Google applications
• Customer service, sales, or telemarketing background helpful, but not necessary, we will train you
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• A positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, and a willingness to learn
• Computer literacy, organization skills, follow-up skills, typing skills
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
