Job Summary: We are looking for On-call banquet staff members to provide table service and hospitality to our guests. They will help maintain an efficient, clean, profitable and professional event spaces by serving area by ensuring quality service and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Work in the banquet rooms to provide table service and hospitality to our guests
• Read and follow all event orders and accurately provide food and beverages for guests
• Professionally represent the hotel and property when interacting with guests from the community and industry organizations
• Ability to work shifts involving set up, cleanup, and tear down procedures
• Learn and maintain proper Health Department standards and codes.
• Learn and maintain proper food, bar, and wine menu knowledge.
• Communicate customer needs and resolve complaints independently.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Early morning availability required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Banquet experience preferred.
• 1-year prior food and beverage service experience required
• Proper uniform is required and must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
• Attendance is essential to the successful performance of this position
• Applicant may be required to work varying schedules.
• Ability to read and write basic English.
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently during workday
