Baptist Health is looking for an experienced Office Specialist II for the Baptist Cardiology office located at Baptist North. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity Monday through Friday.
The Office Specialist II for Baptist North will provide business services for patients and the healthcare system. This North Cardiology office stays at a a comfortable pace, not too fast and not too slow! It is a great location right off the interstate, only 3 stories with ample amounts of available parking. There is also access to plenty of restuarants close by for lunch!
Additional responsibilities for the Office Specialist II may include:
- Patient registration
- Check in and check out
- Scanning documents
- Posting charges and payments
- Telephone protocols
- Assisting patients as needed
