Your Responsibilities

  • Supervise an administrative team of 3-5 individuals
  • Delegate tasks to other members of the administrative team
  • Train the administrative team on specific processes to complete expected tasks
  • Participate in the creation of training videos for our learning management system for administrative tasks
  • Assist multiple project managers with the completion of administrative tasks
  • Negotiate with temp agencies across the country to get the best rates for our company
  • Lead efforts to develop contractual agreements with temp agencies, municipalities, and construction entities
  • Work with field superintendents to determine needed temps as well as schedule the temp workers (or supervise

efforts to do so)

  • Prepare job-site safety books, pre-qualification proposals, subcontracts, and purchase orders
  • Order insurance certificates
  • Assist your administrative team with other duties as needed


Required Qualifications

  • Experience in office administration or related field
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Word and Excel proficiency
  • Experience with job cost, budgets, and project billing
