Bizjetcpa, a small but rapidly growing niche CPA firm specializing in business aviation tax consulting is seeking to establish a new position as Office Manager – Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will possess a high degree of organizational skills, a high degree of proficiency in computer skills including MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint, and Quickbooks, and preferably a BS in Accounting. This high-profile position reports directly to the firm’s Managing Partner. In addition to maintaining the company’s books, billings, A/R & A/P, and payroll, duties will include calendar management, communications & prospect tracking, onboarding new clients, and preparing various management reports.
