Modernyze is a design and build renovation company. We specialize in custom home builds, additions, whole home renovations, as well as kitchen & bathroom remodels. We focus primarily in the Orange County region with home values between $1 million and $6 million. While the majority of our projects include whole home renovations and additions, we take on small projects such as Kitchens and Bathrooms as well.

Our company focuses primarily on design and customer service. Our track record is so amazing that 90% of all our previous clients are referral based. We don’t focus on high turnover, instead we prefer higher quality clients and projects where we can really turn their dream into a reality.

We are looking to hire a highly experienced office manager with strong customer service and organizational skills. Customer service is key with our clientele. Each project is more than producing results, it is about creating a positive memorable experience for our client. This paired with amazing work is how we have been able to have generate so much referrals.

Tasks Will Include

  • Assisting with basic job recruiting such as posting opening position and conducting preliminary screening of all applicants.
  • Onboarding new employees and ensuring they are set-up for success including overseeing onboarding paperwork and compliance
  • Overseeing company culture and office relations
  • Manage all outside vendors that are involved in running the day-to-day functions of the office.
  • Setting up relationships with new suppliers
  • Assisting with accounts receivables/ payables and reconciliation.
  • Assisting with purchase orders, material deliveries schedules
  • Managing phones

To be successful with our company, you must:

  • Be extremely OCD detailed oriented and organized
  • Be a fun, cheery and positive person (fun to be around)
  • Be self motivated and outgoing
  • Be a great communicator.
  • Be professionally dressed
  • Be great with numbers
  • Some knowledge of home remodeling industry is helpful
  • Be able to speak Spanish fluently
  • Be very knowledgable with computers including Word and Excel (preferably a proficient Mac user)
  • Previous marketing experience is a bonus
  • College degree is a plus

Compensation: $57k-$73k+

We offer a base salary plus profit sharing. Our average contract is low to high 6 figures.
