Office Manager:

Local Southwest Montana High End Custom Home Builder is looking for an Office Manager.

Who we are looking for: The optimal candidate will be very organized and have excellent communication skills. They would also excel at multitasking and be proficient with Microsoft Suite and QuickBooks. It will be essential that you can work well with others as the job requires daily interaction with coworkers, clients, architects, and subcontractors. A background in office management is needed. Book keeping experience would be extremely helpful.

A little about our company: We have been building custom homes in Southwest Montana for 17 years. We are a smaller company who still values each employee and the contribution they make to their team. We work hard to have the best people in each position to maintain our reputation for excellent craftsmanship and customer service. We book out years in advance for our homes located in the greater Bozeman/ Big Sky area.

Please note that due to the area's current market conditions it would be best for a candidate to already be living in the area. Home rental and purchase options are extremely limited.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
