The Office Manager works under direct supervision of the Owner for daily procedures, including company sales, administrative, operational, and human resource policies and procedures. Under general direction, oversees the implementation and administration of all policies and procedures for the unit's financial, operational, personnel, and administrative needs. The manager is also responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the facility. The environment is fast-paced, and the position is multi-faceted.

General Responsibilities:

· Responsible for overseeing all office duties including but not limited to, employee engagement, financial review, marketing, staffing, patient scheduling, and office productivity

· Drives performance to meet performance goals, clinical metrics, and exemplify industry standards

· Oversee daily clinical operations, scheduling and record keeping with a focus on improving efficiency and overall office workflow

· Proficiency with computers and software

· Promote a positive and productive work environment

· Actively participates in local marketing initiatives. Continually seek opportunities for practice development, growth and marketing

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Must be results oriented and capable of meeting monthly sales goals

· Previous product sales experience preferred

· Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays

Key Skills/Abilities

· Ability to multi-task, apply critical thinking skills, and provide the highest level of customer service

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate both over the phone and face-to-face

· Ability to manage staff members

· Ability to speak before groups of customers or employees of organizations

· Confident, positive team player
