Office Manager
Job description
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, including supervising staff, organizing office procedures, overseeing administrative tasks, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong customer service background, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Schedule appointments.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all office policies are followed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Paid training.
Salary: $2000.00 training - $3500.00
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
