Job description
We are a Service company looking to hire professional customer service representatives to work in our inbound/ outbound call center . You will be responsible for answering incoming calls from our residential and commercial clients and scheduling appointments for services ext. This is a full time position 40 hour per week positionHours
Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5pm
Friday 8am-12pm
No Weekends
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have a professional phone demeanor and be able to schedule appointments and discussing our services with the customer
Must be computer proficient and have a general understanding of customer management software
Must be able to multi-task
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive
Must be a dependable team member and someone who understands the importance of teamwork
