Job Description


The Office Coordinator must be an energetic, self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills, who seeks an entrepreneurial environment, enjoys client contact, and would appreciate the opportunities CRB has to offer. This individual will ideally want to pursue a challenging administrative career. This multi-faceted role includes such responsibilities as coordination of overall office functions for the local office, (e.g. meetings, facility management) as well as other special projects assigned. This position requires excellent high level organization, communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work with minimal direction for and with multiple levels of people. The Office Coordinator will also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively multitask.

  • Working closely with the Team Leaders and Administrative staff.
  • Processing accounts payable invoices for office related expenses.
  • Facility Management – coordinating office maintenance and renovations, furniture procurement, leasing, and maintenance of general office equipment.
  • Assist with coordination of receptionist and the phone schedule.
  • Assisting the Regional Leader with various administrative duties.
  • Coordinating office events throughout the year.
  • Facilitating local office meetings.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred
  • 5 or more years of experience in an office administration/management role required
  • Strong ability to motivate others, resolve conflict, and work in a team environment required
  • Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality with regard to sensitive data and information required
  • Proficiency in various computer programs (such as Microsoft Office, databases, SharePoint, etc.) required
