Monday - Friday: 6:45 am - 4:45 pm
Saturdays: 7:15 am - 4:45 pm
Sunday hours in the Spring only (11:45 am - 3:45 pm)
Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as needed.
Part Time; up to 28 hours per week (10 hour shifts); not to exceed 1500 hours in a 12-month measurement period.
The Scale House Attendant/Office Clerk is primarily responsible for weighing vehicles/trucks entering and leaving transfer station, charging/tracking incoming yard waste materials and the sale of yard waste product. In addition, this position is responsible for collecting established fees for cash sales, providing information and directing customers in a professional and courteous manner. The Scale House Attendant will be responsible for computation, reconciliation, record-keeping and reporting duties as assigned and must have the ability to read vehicle license plate from a distance of up to 15-ft.
Extended periods of standing may be required.
