Job description
We are currently looking for the right person, to join our smaller close knit Construction Company to assist in both our Three Rivers and Grand Rapids office. Our home office is in Three Rivers, and the person we hire will be based in Three Rivers, but focusing more so on our Grand Rapids operation. Must be willing to travel to both offices, with mileage paid after 20 miles. Some of the qualities we believe will best suit our needs are:
- Self motivated/Proactive- able to find tasks (or ask) to keep busy
- Customer service(via phone, email, text and in person)- a lot of our business comes for long working relationships, so keeping customers, happy and well served is one of our number one concerns.
- Able to multitask
- Have experience using Quickbooks Desktop
- Able to work in a fast paced/sometimes hectic environment (we specialize in insurance repairs, so when large storms go through our area it can get pretty busy!
- Able to work in a slower work environment, finding things to do, or ideas to improve/grow the company
- Able to guide and keep others on track as well
- Hours can be flexible
- Benefits would include-
- 2 days paid vacation (@ 90 day review) 3 @ 1 year
- Able to Earn PTO quarterly (based on punctuality and attendance)
