About the company:
Thermal ID Tech is a rapidly growing conglomerate compromised of several divisions that provide label and packaging solutions to a wide variety of industries from food and beverage, automotive to agriculture and safety.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf. Assist Company Executives.

2) Purchase Supply Orders - Bi-Monthly

  • Office Supplies for each Department, Cleaning supplies and other

3) Perform light accounting duties (AR – Reports)

  • Send individual reports to sales team
  • Find all open invoices, Resolve all AR issues / discrepancies.

4) Company Cars

  • Insurance (Adding or removing drivers, Billing and Claims)
  • Driver compliance forms for DOT (Medical physicals, Filing Driver Files)
  • Box truck compliance
  • Car Washes Monthly, Servicing and Check-in / key distribution

5) Plan Company Events (Carnival, Holiday Party, Company monthly meetings and any other events / Business Meetings)

  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary

6) Business License Renewal – Annually, Trademark renewal, etc.

7) Property Management (AirBnB and VRBO)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
