The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Office Assistant (EOA) to support the vice president general manager for the 737 program as well as other leadership members in Renton, Washington.
The ideal candidate will be proficient with Outlook calendar management, travel and expense coordinating and reporting, supply ordering, and the Microsoft Office software suite. This individual will also have experience supporting multiple executives at one time successfully. The EOA will be collaborative, team oriented and able to work across functions and with other EOAs.
Position Responsibilities:
Prioritizes and schedules executive-level employee time and availability for efficient use of time
Represents supported executive leaders in a professional, engaging, and proactive manner
Coordinates external customer meetings with various levels including CEO’s and government officials
Coordinates schedule and logistics for all manager and all employee meetings in partnership with other functions including Communications
Coordinates and processes domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitors designated business traveler's logistics, generates expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cards
Collects and compiles data to provide visibility of status for traveler's review and/or signature
Tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources.
Manages event space (City Hall Conference Room) to ensure appropriately utilized and maintained
Works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to include IT, facilities and onsite parking security
Creates, edits and maintains electronic and written communication
Communicates a wide variety of information to multiple audiences
Processes incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information
Coordinates with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources
Orders and maintains office supplies
Plans and implements logistics for executive level internal and external events
Supports 737 Program Office in a team with other Office Administrators for site visitors, provides back up support to other OAs, and helps support other activities as required
Provides guidance for less experienced employees
Works under limited supervision
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience coordinating and processing domestic and/or international travel arrangements
3+ years of experience developing and/or maintaining integrated schedules
3+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple customers such as executives, managers, and staff members
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Effective written and verbal communication across diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in partnering with executives to develop and manage the operating rhythm/cadence for executive leadership teams
5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership
Experience managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction
3+ years of experience with Concur or a similar travel and expense management program
5+ years of experience supporting C-Suite Executives
Adept in functioning as a liaison between customers and senior executives as well as superior work prioritization and multi-tasking skills
Experience leading in a team environment
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+5 years' related work, Bachelor+2 years' related work, etc.).

Summary pay range: $68,850 - $93,150
