Work Athens Building Corporation is hiring a Main Office Administrator. Job responsibilities include:
- Organize, Manage and communicate all information to responsible parties in a fast-paced office
- Clerical, Administrative, Cost accounting data entry as well as receptionist duties to maintain daily operations
- This role includes financial, administrative, and corporate functions to the company
- The amin office administrator will report to the business manager, project/service managers, and HR & Compliance administrator for different responsibilities
Position requirements:
- College degree or coursework related to accounting
- Valid state issues driver’s license
- Notary Public (can be optioned upon hire)
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction accounting
- Preferred: Successful experience in a management position with responsibility for company financial performance. Specific experience with projects with AIA accounting is a plus
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Must be skilled at initiating, building, and maintaining healthy relationship with customers and vendors
- High level accounting skills
- Ability to manage all requirements for documentation and record keeping
- Ability to routing business mathematical calculations
- Must be proficient in the use and application of technology to enhance productive and facilitate company policy
Compensation:
- Annual Salary of $40,000.00 to $60,000
- Monthly allowance towards health insurance
- 1 week of paid time off
- 5 company paid holidays
