Aspirus is currently seeking an ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM COORDINATOR in Wausau, WI at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. The Organizational Learning & Development Program Coordinator supports the organization by planning, coordinating, and conducting analysis of staff and workforce development functions. Responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to understand development needs, business requirements in executing staff and workforce development. Coordinate the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of programming.

Hours: This position is Full Time; 1.0 FTE or 80 hours per pay period.

Experience/Qualifications

• Knowledge of standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree preferably in a healthcare, business, human resources, communications, technology, or related field.
• Previous adult education or staff development experience required.
• Three to five years of recent human resource, or technology related experience desirable.

• Basic Life Support Certification
• Basic Life Support for American Red Cross Instructor certification required within 6 months of hire.

• Certificates in fields of study related to learning, development, or human resource desired.
• Possesses outstanding communication skills such as tact, diplomacy and de-escalation.
• Possesses flexibility, good judgment, and well-developed listening, analytical/assessment, communications, problem-solving, and facilitative skills.

• Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.
