Job Summary

Immediate opening: It's About You, LLC is seeking to hire an R.N. . Prefer experience in home and community based programs or a nursing home setting. We are a small business operating on the Medicaid waiver program. Looking for RN who is familiar with Medicaid Prior Authorization paperwork and working with Medicaid patients. Also seeking an assistant to help the RN with paperwork. Assistant can be an LPN.

Responsibilities and Duties

Admit and discharge clients. Read, learn and follow all rules and regulations related to in home care.

Qualifications and Skills

Must be an RN. Must have Arkansas driver license and current car insurance. Clean background and drug test required. We are required to check both the child abuse registry and the adult maltreatment registry. We are looking for an organized, friendly person who can maintain a large amount of paperwork and who loves the elderly and disabled. This involves home visits to local clients and filling out government paperwork. You need to be experienced with Excel, Word and the internet. You must be a people person. Must be willing to read and learn the rules and regulations associated with Medicaid Personal Care, ArChoices, Respite and DDS waiver. You will be working with Prior Authorizations and waivers. This is a heavy paperwork position. Some can be completed on computers and others must be hand written. You will need to be able to work unsupervised and keep records up to date at all times. Must be able and willing to drive company vehicle from Hot Springs to surrounding areas such as Benton, Bauxite, Alexander, North Little Rock etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $50.00 per hour
