MDS Nurse
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensures accurate and timely completion of all resident assessment instruments including MDS sheets, face sheets, trigger sheets, RAP summaries, and care plans.
- Upon a resident's admission, logs patient in on appropriate calendar and assists in initiating the assessment process.
Prerequisites:
- Registered Nurse licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Two (2) years previous experience in long term care.
- Knowledge of DPH, OBRA, JCAHO, Medicare regs and MDS process.
- Experience working within an interdisciplinary team approach to care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33.87 - $47.39 per hour
