Notice Processing Administrator – working from home
Salary £19,305
37.5 hours per week
As Notice Processing Administrator, you will be working as part of a team processing appeals received against Penalty Charge Notices. After a period of in-person training in our Leeds City Centre office you will be provided with a desk top PC and will then work from home, supported remotely by a team leader.
What you'll be doing…
  • Investigating written appeals against Penalty Charge Notices and processing them in accordance with business rules
  • Issuing letters to customers with the outcome of their appeals
  • Maintaining the database making sure correct actions are taken and recorded
  • Investigating appeals that go to independent adjudication and making sure they are correctly accepted or contested
What you'll need…
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective written communication skills
  • The ability to correctly apply business rules in order to process the work correctly
  • Space for a desktop PC and a reliable internet connection
  • A home working environment free from distractions
  • Availability to train in the office from 9am to 5pm for a period of 2-3 weeks
  • Good understanding of the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook and Word)
  • Experience in customer service or office administration an advantage but not essential
