North Caribou Manager

Full Time (40 hours per week) Flexible schedule, varying work schedule must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to communicate to a broad range of people in person and over the phone.
• Practice safe and effective food handling skills.
• Manage labor, scheduling, and staff supervision.
• Ensures products meet Lueken’s and Caribou’s quality standards.
• Attention to detail to manage inventory, order verification, and cash handling.
• Complete customer orders in both coffee and food preparation.
• Become manager certified by Caribou within one year of employment.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift mixes, trays, product, and stock (50-60 lbs)
• Able to lift below the knees and above the shoulders.
• Able to push carts of product with 30-40 lbs of force.
• Able to reach and read till.
• Able to twist and reach (100+ times daily), especially for case and stored items.
• Able to reach and use Company’s computing system
