Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the Regional President, leveraging financial expertise to provide analysis-based recommendations on key commercial decisions (pricing, strategic deal reviews, product line and customer profitability). Balance business needs within budget and influence leadership’s decision making to maximize business and financial outcomes.
• Support Commercial leadership in translating and executing the USCAN vision and key priorities within the region to ensure close alignment to the overall strategy. Partner with commercial operational to articulate the region’s performance, risks, and opportunities as well as investment needs in weekly, monthly and quarterly operating reviews as well as during budget setting.
• Leverages financial acumen to evaluate and approve deals balancing GE HealthCare and customer outcomes through inputs including payment/billing terms, non-standard deal approval and margin analysis.
• Review and approve orders, concessions as well as non-standard term requests to ensure compliance and mitigate impact to business results. Drives profitable growth by identifying and executing initiatives targeted at increasing price and improving cost productivity to manage financial results.
• Manages the region cash performance by reducing past dues, improving payment terms, reducing unbilled balances and inventory to maximize cashflow.
• Lead team with a focus on development and career growth. Promotes an open and transparent work environment. Works cross functionally to find creative solutions to complex problems. Helps bridge segment asks with regional requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 6 years of Experience in Corporate Finance & Commercial Finance Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

The salary range for this position is $152,000.00 - 190,000.00 - 228,000.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement and paid leave.
